General Conditions of Use

• Dogmä products are designed for professional use.
• Always follow the recommended dilution ratios for each product.
• Dogmä products must not be mixed with products from other brands, unless expressly authorized in writing.
• A thorough rinse must be performed between each step.
• Avoid excessively long or multi-step grooming sessions, especially for young, sensitive, or at-risk animals.

 

Safety and Precautions

• Avoid direct contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and respiratory passages.

• In case of accidental eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

• Do not use on animals with open wounds, severe infections, or undiagnosed skin conditions without veterinary advice.

• Discontinue use if an unusual reaction occurs and document the incident.

Traceability and Responsibility

The professional user remains responsible for proper product use.

Any issue or adverse reaction must be reported to Dogmä, including:

• date
• Lot number
• product used
• dilution ratio
• context of use
• observed reaction
